贵州福泉推进农业现代化山东农业大学综合教务系统赋能乡村振兴

核心提示：近年来，贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州福泉市深入贯彻落实中央和省、州各项决策部署，以“农业增效、农民增收”为根本出发点，不遗余力地实施“农业工业化、农业科技化、农业生态化”发展理念，坚持以现代化的“八个好”为抓手，以高质量推进机械化作为关键。罗坳村的玉米丰收景象映入眼帘；鱼酉村李家湾坝区的稻田中，收割机在忙碌地工作；平堡村高标准农田千亩坝区，一列列拖拉机在田间穿梭进行轮作作业……随着秋收秋种时节的到来，福泉每个角落都回响着机械的声音，每一寸土地都洋溢着希望与喜悦。

福泉市农业农村局副局长张德金指出：“自2021年起，我们已累计建成20万亩左右高标准农田，这些项目建设使得我们的耕作道和灌溉沟基本覆盖了大部分地块，从而更有利于机械化耕作。”

现代 agriculture, in essence, is about modernizing agricultural technology. To accelerate the pace of progress towards modern agriculture, Fukuan has not only vigorously implemented high-standard farmland construction and improved agricultural mechanization levels but also fully leveraged funds from programs such as farm machinery purchase subsidies, rural revitalization connecting funds, and socialized service projects to actively introduce new technologies and equipment for farming machines. This has continuously elevated the mechanization level of the entire grain production process.

"Mechanized operations have solved our labor shortage problem," Zhang Dejin explained. "They save us a lot of labor costs and help ensure food security by accelerating the progress of agricultural modernization."

Constructing high-standard farmlands and utilizing project funds effectively are key measures for Fukuan to promote agricultural modernization. At the same time, Fukuan encourages all farms and large households to integrate resources and establish farm machine cooperatives or associations to foster socialized, professionalized, and industrialized development of farm services.

By August this year, 14 farm machine cooperatives or companies had been established across the city with over 100 sets of machinery at their disposal; they served more than 56 thousand tractors (including wheeled tractors), combine harvesters (including rice cutters), micro-cultivators (including mini-tractors) in five categories.

Zhang Dejin stated that eight specialized farming cooperative branches were set up in eight townships (streets) within the city's jurisdiction. These branches brought together farmers who owned machines to participate in building a system for socializing agricultural services. They strengthened their overall strength by providing better services to local residents while ensuring higher efficiency in agriculture production through promoting advanced techniques like mechanical cultivation methods for rice crops ("two increases one adjustment"), corn ("one increase five changes"), soybeans ("one increase five improvements") combined planting patterns.

Fukuan created demonstration fields showcasing new technologies like water-saving irrigation systems for paddy fields along highways during its efforts toward increasing crop yields through these practices.

As reported by mid-year statistics: The total output value reached RMB18.15 billion from various sectors including agriculture; per capita disposable income reached RMB8,070 among rural residents.

Looking forward into future endeavors:

2.Integrate project funding effectively.

3.Invest heavily into improving mechanization levels while focusing on policy support & financial guarantees encompassing cumulative subsidies on purchasing farm machinery & introducing new models/equipment trials;

4.Strengthen infrastructure construction based upon mechanisms involved;

5.Train professionals working closely alongside these processes;
