贵州福泉推进农业现代化赋能乡村振兴揭秘农业综合行政执法队伍到底管什么

在陆坪镇罗坳村，玉米丰收如同一幅喜悦的画面；马场坪街道鱼酉村李家湾坝区，收割机在稻田中忙碌地工作；平堡村高标准农田千亩坝区，则是农耕拖拉机穿梭于田间地头进行作业……秋季时节，福泉每一个角落都回荡着机械轰鸣声与希望的呼唤，以及丰收喜悦的氛围，这一切都是科技力量的成果。

福泉市农业农村局副局长张德金表示：“自2021年以来，我们已经累计建成了20万亩左右的高标准农田。这些项目不仅提升了我们的机耕道和灌溉沟渠，但也更有利于机械化耕作。”

现代化 agriculture 不仅需要技术上的革新，更要追求 agriculture 的科学性。为了加速向 modernized agriculture 的转变步伐，福泉除了大力实施 high-standard farm field 建设并提升 agricultural machinery levels外，还利用多种资金资源，如 agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, rural revitalization funds and social service projects等，为引进新的 farming technologies and equipment提供支持，从而不断提高 the mechanization level of grain production.

张德金指出：“通过 mechanized operations, we have solved our labor force shortage issues, reduced labor costs significantly, and ensured food security. This has accelerated the process of modernizing our agriculture.”

Building high-standard farmlands and utilizing project funds effectively are key measures for advancing agricultural modernization in Fukouan City. At the same time, Fukouan encourages farmers to form machine-based cooperatives and large-scale farms to integrate resources, thus promoting the development of socialized services for agricultural machines. By now, there are 14 such cooperatives or companies across the city with over 100 sets of farm equipment in total.

Fukouan also actively promotes advanced crop varieties and techniques by integrating technical staff at various levels to establish eight teams specializing in guiding crop production. These teams work directly in fields to provide guidance on efficient farming methods using mechanical tools such as rice "two increases one adjustment," maize "one increase five changes," soybeans-maize strip intercropping system etc., creating demonstration plots showcasing new technologies, crops and models for widespread promotion.

As a result, Fukouan has achieved significant progress in its main crops including rice (34.28 million mu), pigs (36.75 million heads), tobacco (3.01 million mu) and chili peppers (10.26 million mu). In terms of income per capita among rural residents during this period was RMB8,070 yuan.

In future plans for development , Fukouan will strive for more national-level policies related to agriculture from both central government authorities as well as local ones by leveraging these resources efficiently while focusing on investment into further enhancing automation within their respective sectors through policy support systems tailored specifically towards these goals that help drive innovation & growth amongst smaller-scale farmers who benefit from shared infrastructure networks designed around integrated regional water supply solutions coupled together alongside specialized training programs aimed at bolstering overall efficiency rates across all major aspects involved within today's global agri-tech landscape!
